Arranging for airport pickup was a hassle, with multiple calls and confirmations needed, yet the vehicle didn't arrive as promised, leaving travelers stranded for over an hour. Hot water required an outdoor switch that was inconvenient to find after a long day, resulting in cold showers, and a chaotic check-in process added stress after an exhausting journey.
